Fitness Improvement Program

Join us at the Moody Fitness Center for the Fitness Improvement Program. This program is specifically designed for airmen who need additional assistance with meeting annual PFA & BCP standards.
During the group FIP sessions, the OST Strength & Conditioning Coach will provide:
– Initial total body movement assessment
– 90-day total body training programming
– Run programming & planning guidance
– Instruction on proper execution of fundamental movement patterns
– Run/gait analysis & technique improvement
– Individualized correctives as needed
